The AI Exception Triage system helps you assess and respond to barn exceptions quickly and safely.

How to report an exception:

Go to /dashboard/exceptions and click "Report Exception"

Select the horse and exception type (injury, feed refusal, lameness, colic signs, etc.)

Set the severity level and describe what you observed

Check any relevant symptoms from the checklist

Submit to get an AI-powered triage assessment

Understanding triage results:

Immediate: Call the vet now. Do not wait.

Urgent: Needs same-day veterinary attention

Monitor: Watch closely with scheduled re-checks

Routine: Standard follow-up at next convenient time

The AI will provide:

Urgency assessment

Immediate actions to take

Monitoring protocol with check intervals

Signs to watch for escalation

Follow-up schedule
